As a Sales Executive at our client, you’ll be the face of the company, developing new connections, nurturing existing relationships, and providing innovative print solutions. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the manufacturing teams!
Compensation:
$60,000 to 100,000, the salary will include a draw, commissions, and bonuses
What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively seek and close new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring all job specifications and timelines are met.
- Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
- Monitor key sales indicators and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the print or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of printing technologies, processes, or trends is a bonus.
